The 2026 Explore Ontario Summer Contest from Attractions Ontario is open until July 29, 2026. This tourism giveaway rewards those who check back every couple of weeks. There are eleven draws over ten weeks, and right now, two regional prize periods and a mega bonus prize are still available. Filling out an entry form takes less time than a coffee break.
Why This Ontario Tourism Bonus Draw Is Worth Your Time
The contest includes five Grand Prize draws, five Regional Bonus Draws, and one Mega Bonus Prize that is open for the full ten weeks. That means you have eleven chances to win, and you don’t need to buy anything.
Currently, Draw 4 is open for a Peterborough Music Festival getaway and a Regional Bonus Draw until July 16. Draw 5 opens on July 17 and runs until July 30, featuring a Wilderness Tours prize pack and its own regional bonus. The Mega Bonus Prize draw has been open since May and this year includes a Porter flight voucher from the contest’s 2026 partner.
Previous draws have already awarded prizes like a Canada’s Wonderland getaway in Vaughan, an African Lion Safari trip, and a stay at Great Wolf Lodge. If you missed those, don’t worry—there are still two draws and the mega prize left to enter.
Eligibility is wider than in most Canadian contests. You just need to be a resident of Canada or the United States and have reached the age of majority in your province or state. Attractions Ontario staff and board members can’t enter, but everyone else has a real chance.
How to Enter the Explore Ontario Summer Contest
- Go to attractionsontario.ca/summercontest/.
- Click on the current open draw. Right now (at the time of this article), that’s the Peterborough Music Festival Getaway. The page updates every second Friday when a new draw opens, so it’s a good idea to bookmark it.
- Fill out the online entry form with your contact details. This will enter you into both the Grand Prize and the matching Regional Bonus Draw at the same time.
- To enter the Mega Bonus Prize, use its separate entry page, since it’s not part of the biweekly draw schedule.
- Keep an eye on your inbox. If you’re chosen, you’ll need to answer a skill-testing question correctly to claim your prize, and you’ll have seven days to reply before the prize is forfeited.
You don’t need to buy anything to enter this contest. All entries go through the online form, and duplicate entries in the same draw period are disqualified, so just enter once per draw.
Contest Rules and What to Expect
Attractions Ontario picks winners every other Friday, with the last draw happening after entries close on July 29. Your chances depend on how many people enter each draw, and the official rules are clear about that. Winners are posted on the winners page, so be sure to check there as well as your inbox. Once you claim a prize, you have 30 days to receive it before Attractions Ontario is no longer responsible for it.
One thing worth knowing before you click through: prizes can’t be swapped for cash, and the sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if something falls through. That’s fairly typical fine print, not a red flag.
Two Draws Left Before This One Wraps Up
With Draw 5 and the Mega Bonus Prize still open, there’s still a great chance to win before July 29. Visit attractionsontario.ca/summercontest/, enter the current draw, and add your name to the Mega Bonus Prize page too. Spending two minutes now is better than wishing you had entered later.
